15. Continuing along the road between the pine forest of Saler and the lake of Albufera we will arrive at the village of El Palmar. This small village is the birthplace of the traditional Paella. Surrounded by rice fields and crossed by water canals we will find numerous restaurants dedicated to cooking Paella on firewood.
