How to use your ticket

• Send an email with the time and meeting point • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • If you choose  Lisbon airport -  Includes 1 hour of waiting after arrival, plus 30 minutes of tolerance. Includes luggage and parking fees. Modern vehicles, bilingual drivers, water and wi-fi included. All drivers will wait with your name in the arrivals area. Provide information on flight number, passenger name and  baggage number. You should request a  child seat if needed. Excessively large or excessive baggage (for example, surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may have certain restrictions, please ask the operator before traveling to confirm if excess baggage is acceptable

• LUGGAGE HAS LIMITS: FROM 1 TO 3 TRAVELERS IS A LUXURY CAR: In the Car, the maximum allowed luggage in a car is 2 large suitcases and 1 medium size suitcase. FROM 4 TO 7 TRAVELERS IS A LUXURY VAN: In the Van the luggage depend on the number of passengers. Excessive baggage is your responsibility. There is no possibility to transport boards or large volume items in a car. You should always notify us or question us in the event that you have oversized baggage.
• This private luxury transfer starts at 9:00am. If you want a different start time, you must inform us before the road trip. You can choose a time between 7:30am and 10:30am. If you want another time. Let us know, we are here to help.
• PICK UP AT AIRPORT INFORMATION: - Exceptional attention starting time to airport pick up are carried out with limit between 7:30am and maximum 11:30am.
• FROM 1 TO 3 TRAVELERS: It is a spacious luxury car with luggage limits. If you have more luggage than indicated ( 2 large suitcases and 1 medium size suitcase ). You must inform us beforehand. Please be advised that if you have to change from car to van, due to excessive luggage. A Van has an additional cost and is an extra cost for you, which we will inform you about.
• We suggest quick meals so that you can make the most of your visit to the places within the stipulated time.
• If you wish, your private luxury transfer can be direct without stops. But we give you the opportunity to discover the best of Portugal in this way on your way to Algarve or Lisbon.
• If your reservation is a ROUND TRIP. Send us a message immediately with the date you have chosen for your return. We need the information to check availability.
• CHOOSE 2 OF THESE VILLAGES TO VISIT ON THE WAY: Sesimbra Fishing Village, Arrábida Natural Park .
• If you want a start time after 11:30am. It will be a direct luxury transfer without visiting stops.
• The starting time for this trip is in the morning until 12:00am. No trips are made in the afternoon or at night.
• Any flight delay or cancellation is entirely the airline's responsibility. No refunds are given for flight cancellations or no-shows.
