How to use your ticket

Check-in must be done up to 30 minutes before the activity, at AlgarExperience counters, at Vilamoura Marina. Reservations greater than 5 elements are subject to AlgarExperience's consent. Even if the reservation was made for more than 5 people, it’s still necessary to contact directly AlgarExperience to validate the booking. If this procedure is not complied with, AlgarExperience reserves the right to cancel the booking at check-in. Vegetarian menu must be requested in advance when purchasing the experience. If you have any food restrictions, please advise when purchasing the experience. AlgarExperience reserves the right to change the time and/or the vessel of the experience, without prior notice. AlgarExperience is not responsible for the loss of personal property on board the vessels. AlgarExperience is not responsible for material damage to personal property during the experience, so we advise you to ensure their proper protection. Boarding will be denied to customers who present themselves with inappropriate or offensive clothing and/or under the high effect of alcohol or narcotics. It is prohibited to bring food and drinks on board, except children food. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The visit to the caves is subject to favorable maritime and atmospheric conditions. If weather conditions are not favorable to disembarkation on the isolated beach, the Barbecue will be held at Praia de Ferragudo. With the purchase of the ticket, AlgarExperience is authorized to capture and publicize the photographs obtained within the scope of the event organized by itself to which the ticket refers. If you do not authorize the collection and use of photographs and videos with your image, you must, for this purpose, make this express declaration at the check-in counter.
