Please bring your own water, especially during warmer months. Check-in Time Tours begin on time, your tour check-in time is important. You must arrive 10 minutes prior to tour meeting time. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee this and at times, groups may be asked to sit in separate vehicles. Infant Seats Carts accommodate most types of infant seats and we encourage parents to bring their own. We can provide an infant seat, as long as a guest calls us at least 48 hours before the tour and informs us of the age and weight of the infant. Weather This tour runs year-round and goes ahead rain or shine, unless conditions are dangerous. Cancellation decisions may be made at the meeting point. We may delay up to 30 minutes for weather to improve. Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately, and check messages for updates. Wheelchair Accessible We can accommodate folding wheelchairs for guests who can transfer into the cart on their own or with assistance. Please note that there is no ramp access, and we are unable to accept motorized or non-folding wheelchairs due to vehicle limitations. Wheelchairs are not provided.
