- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying, "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - To confirm your exact pick-up time and meeting point, please contact us at least 24 hours before your visit. From Monday to Friday, you may reach us through your reservation messages or by phone. On Saturdays and Sundays, our team is available by phone only to ensure a faster response and better assistance. - Pickups are made from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. - If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. - Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means. Please note that transport services that are not used will not be refunded. - We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest. Some hotels have a policy of not allowing visitors onto the premises. - You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide for boarding the bus and to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park.. - You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. - The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. - The guides will call out the name of the tour. - If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours before the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

The guides will call out the name of the tour. - You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide. - If you wish to visit the park on your own. On arrival, please go directly to the Operations Booth so that staff can issue you with your wristbands to enter the park and confirm your return transport. What to know before you go

• Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
• Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent
• Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

• Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
• Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.
• All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
