How to use your ticket

Please see additional information below: • Seating begins one hour prior to performance. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior to show commencement or seating cannot be guaranteed • Please note security checks will be conducted prior to entering the theatre. It is recommended that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance in order to be in your seat on time. No backpacks or luggage will be permitted inside the theatre. Guest who arrive with backpacks/luggage will be directed to the Delano bell desk. • Appropriate attire is required. No swimwear and no cut-off shorts permitted.
