Activity itinerary

You are in the gourmet destination in Mexico and birthplace of Mexican gastronomy, Oaxaca! The traditional cuisine of Oaxaca is unique in the world! So, if you really want to delight your palate, this tour is for you! We will visit different stalls of delicious local food during the night with the bicycle, covering more in less time, having a fun and unique time while pedaling and dining excellent typical Oaxacan food. We will clear up doubts about where to go to dinner as this tour includes eight different portions of food in six different stalls, trying various styles of tacos, tlayudas, toast and more Oaxacan food that you can only find at night under the recommendations of a local guide!  The required physical condition is basic as we will only use the bike to move in distances within the city of Oaxaca.

  Tacos de tasajo (beef), with corn tortilla, served with coriander and onion. Red or green sauce, with delicious guacamole and lemons. A tradition!

• Main course Tlayuda Oaxaqueña

  Delicious crispy traditional tortilla, cooked in the comal with bean paste, lettuce, delicious cheese (Oaxaca cheese) and guacamole.

• Main course Soft cleats

  Chorizo tacos, with corn tortilla, served with coriander and onion. Green to red sauce, with delicious guacamole and lemons.

• Main course Memelitas with cheese

  Unique dish for its excellence and simplicity! Soft omelette with bean paste and fresh cheese. Undoubtedly a must in Oaxaqueñal gastronomy

• Main course Gringa to the pastor

  Marinated pork with the traditional Mexican recipe made with annatto, spices and ground red chillies in flour tortilla, cheese and pineapple.

• Main course Fried Chicken Tacos

  Fried corn tortilla tacos, filled with delicious golden chicken dipped in beans, guacamole, cheese and lettuce.

• Main course Chiligar and cheese toast

  Rich mix of chicharos and potatoes cooked in a sauce of chili peppers, garlic, oregano and vinegar, lettuce and shredded cheese on a fried corn tortilla.

• Main course Barbecue Tacos and Consommé

  The best taco! Lamb meat prepared with chili mixture in brick ovens with ocote fathoms, with corn tortilla, coriander and onion.

• Main course Yellow Mole Empanada

  Corn tortilla filled with authentic Oaxacan yellow mole with chicken, cooked in mud comal, exquisite spicy flavor made with chilhuacle chili pepper.

• Main course Cecina Enchilada Tacos

  Marinated pork in a mixture of guajillo peppers, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, vinegar and salt, in yellow corn tortillas.
