Visit Champagne in the Heart of the Vineyard in Van Mercedes (all comforts) to discover 3 Champagne Producers / Winemakers. Visits to Cellars, 10 tastings and the Restaurant (2 courses) as well as taking pictures in the vineyards are at the rendezvous to give you a sparkling experience. Itinerary: - Visit of a first winemaker: Explanation of the manufacturing process, visit of cellar followed by a tasting of 3 Champagnes. Visit Hautvillers, village where Dom Perignon created Champagne. Stop in the vineyards. - Lunch at Restaurant sur Épernay (dish, dessert): Champagne glass + coffee + water) - Visit of a second winemaker: Small visit of cellar followed by a tasting of 3 Champagnes. - Visit of a third “Grand Cru” winemaker: Tasting of 3 Champagnes Visit in English only.
