Our accredited guide will meet you at the designated or agreed pickup point. You will be introduced and transported to Lethe. On your journey you will pass by some historical sights, restaurants and bars. You can request to view these locations as well. Once you have arrived at Lethe, you are set for an exciting ride along the beautiful river that dances to beat of some sweet Jamaican music, where you will enjoy your bamboo raft and limestone feet and body massage. Upon returning, we will stop and shop. Here you will have a chance to grab a souvenir for yourself or someone back home.

Itinerary

1. Lethe

   Journey into the hills of Hanover to the small village of Lethe, where you’ll find the perfect combination of land and water. With picturesque views from the hills to the tranquil and refreshingly cool water of the magnificent Great River, Lethe will create memories to last a lifetime. Sit back and relax as you make your way down the river on a beautiful hand-crafted bamboo raft, while a certified raft captain teaches you about the history of the land and the many wonders that Jamaica has to offer.

2. Rose Hall Great House

   At the heart of the property is the historic Rose Hall Great House, a restored 18th-century architectural masterpiece. Home of the notorious White Witch of Rose Hall: Annie Palmer. Known famously to have killed three husbands and taken on numerous slave lovers, only to die by the hands of the one she loved the most.
