Catamaran Cruise to Balos and Gramvousa from Chania

Overview

Embark on a day of sailing by catamaran to Balos Beach and Gramvousa Island, located at the western tip of the Chania region. This excursion allows you to access the crystal-clear waters of this natural site while avoiding the crowds, thanks to the privacy offered by the yacht. The itinerary includes two stops for swimming and relaxing. On board, you will enjoy a homemade Cretan lunch featuring Greek salads and fruit. An open bar serving wine, beer, and soft drinks is available throughout the day. Snorkeling equipment is provided to explore the seabed. Two types of catamarans are used depending on bookings: a cosy model for a small group of up to 10 people, or a more spacious model accommodating up to 22 passengers. The itinerary and services remain identical for both vessels. Two options are available: one with transfer from a meeting point in Chania, or one without transfer with a direct meeting at Kissamos port.

1. Balos Lagoon

   There are not enough words to describe the beauty of Balos beach… on our yachts you will enjoy the crystal-clear waters of this western, amazing point of Chania so close to the beach but yet, so far from the crowds!!! Spend your day under the Cretan sun swimming and relaxing in the privacy only a yacht can offer, walk around the white beach without the stress of losing your sunbed as this is secured on the boat!!! Whether sunbathing during the day or “star-bathing” during the night, we guarantee you an exclusive sailing experience!!!

2. Gramvousa

   As soon as you embark, we will start our trip to the beautiful Balos beach for our first stop, anchoring, for swimming and relaxation. You will have enough time to swim and explore the seabed if you wish as we will provide you the necessary snorkeling equipment. Then we will sail across, to Gramvousa island, for the next stop. In this second stop you will have the opportunity to visit the old pirate fortress on the top of the hill.
