Embark on a 5-hour private adventure in the heart of the Grand Canyon, Arizona. Away from the crowds, this excursion takes you deep into the canyon to admire 360-degree views, pastel rock formations, and spectacular geological landscapes. The experience includes a pickup service from your hotel in Northern Arizona. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, you will discover the history and geology of the site while using professional equipment provided: Camelbak backpacks, Mountainsmith hiking poles, and headlamps. To keep your energy up, an assortment of snacks is provided, including nuts, beef jerky, granola bars, and fresh produce prepared on the trail, such as hummus, avocados, and cucumbers. This private tour is suitable for both beginners and experienced hikers.

Activity itinerary

This is our world famous South Kaibab hiking tour! The South Kaibab trail is THE hike to capture all you are expecting to see and do in the Grand Canyon. We are an all-inclusive hiking guide service hiking below the rim of the Grand Canyon. All ages and abilities are welcome, as we hike first timers up to extreme hikers. Giant drop-offs, huge 360’s, magnificent temples, and the best views on planet Earth await you! We serve the freshest food in Grand Canyon right out of our backpacks, prepared for you on the trail. We are known as the best food above or below the Rim. We only use the best name-brand gear like Camelbak and Mountainsmith. This is a private tour with a three person minimum, as we do not put groups together to ensure you can go at your group’s pace. Our local guides are medically trained and registered with Grand Canyon National Park. Hike thousands of feet below the rim with a guide that will explain to you the fauna, history, and geology of this wonder of the world. We see lots of wildlife and love to explain the beauty of the canyon. This is REAL canyon adventure!

We pick up at ANY hotel or any address you want in Northern Arizona. Whether Grand Canyon, Tusayan, Flagstaff, or Williams, we will come get you. We will coordinate a proper pickup time for the time of the year your hike falls on. We will call within 48 hours to set up your time and place of pickup. We have free pick up from Williams, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon in our clean Honda Odysseys. We do NOT pick up in Sedona as that is too far away. The drive from Sedona to Flagstaff is about 45 minutes and we will pick you up in Flagstaff, no worries.
