Overview

Set sail with Tranquility Cruises for a sea excursion along the coast of Barbados. Departing from Carlisle Bay, this 80-minute cruise allows you to snorkel around a historic shipwreck, swim with sea turtles, and observe colourful tropical fish. The boat features spacious decks, a bar, toilets, and a glass-bottom viewing area. For children's entertainment, an on-board water slide is available. Necessary equipment (masks, snorkels, and life jackets) is provided, and a complimentary drink is offered during the activity. The experience concludes at Savvy on the Bay, a waterfront area with food trucks and ocean views. You may add the rental of a sun lounger and a shared umbrella. Three options are available: without transport (meeting at the Bridgetown pier), with hotel pick-up up to 12 km (7 miles), or for hotels between 13 and 22 km (8-14 miles), with shuttles available only on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 10 am. For transport options, return trips are scheduled for 1:10 pm, 3:20 pm, 5:20 pm, 7:00 pm, 8:30 pm, and 10:00 pm.

   Our Turtle and Shipwreck Cruise is 90 minutes long. The cruise departs from The Careenage in Bridgetown. Our Journey takes us to Carlisle Bay considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches. in the world. On most days Carlisle Bay boasts calm turquoise waters with no undertow, delicately lapping on the soft white sand. This bay draws both locals and tourists alike with its breath-taking beauty above water, but also its’ thriving marine park that is enjoyed by scuba divers and snorkelers alike. Under the surface of the sea Carlisle Bay comes alive with vibrant tropical fish in abundance, sea horses, sea turtles, octopus, rays, and much more! This unique array of marine life is due in part to the six different ship wrecks in the water as shallow as 12ft.
