Bamboo River Rafting in Ocho Rios

Overview

Embark on a peaceful float down the Rio Nuevo river in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This activity takes place in shallow, calm waters, making the navigation accessible and safe. Each bamboo raft can accommodate two adults, and potentially a third person depending on the total weight. For groups, it is possible to sail side by side to make taking photos and videos easier. The experience includes round-trip transport in an air-conditioned vehicle and entry fees to the rafting site. Two options are available: one with pick-up and transport included, and another without transport for travellers with their own vehicle. The raft captain may offer adventurous participants the chance to try steering the craft for a few moments.
