Bilbao Walking Tour: Between Tradition and Modernity

Overview

Explore the city centre of Bilbao on a 2-hour guided walk to discover the identity of the Basque Country, blending history, culture, and contemporary architecture. The tour begins in the old town, where you will explore the Seven Streets, San Antón Church, Santiago Cathedral, and La Ribera Market, emblematic sites of Bilbao's authenticity. The visit continues through the Ensanche district, a witness to the 19th-century urban expansion and industrial boom with its bourgeois architecture. The route ends at the symbols of the city's cultural rebirth, including the Zubizuri Bridge and the Guggenheim Museum. The activity is offered in small groups, with a maximum of 10 participants depending on the chosen option, and is available in English or Spanish.
