Discover the secrets of cheese production in the heart of an authentic Apulian Masseria near Brindisi. This visit allows you to observe the artisanal making of mozzarella, burrata, and caciocavallo, while exploring the history and craftsmanship of this traditional farm. The experience includes a tasting of fresh and aged cheeses, typical salami, focaccia, and Apulian wine. Depending on the option chosen, you can actively participate in creating your own mozzarella and burrata, or even milk the cows during a private afternoon visit. Several options are available: guided group or private tours, with durations generally ranging between 2 and 3 hours (extending up to 4 hours for some private visits). Certain packages include a brunch or light lunch, specifically for private Sunday morning and afternoon visits. The activity is conducted primarily in English or Italian, although explanations in French are possible. As the site is a farm with outdoor areas, closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
