Activity itinerary
You’ll be visiting a true Baja humble Rancho where the main economy is the agriculture, harvesting our ancestral cactus “the nopal” You’ll learn all about it since it’s properties to its production and economic relevance. Ending up with a meal cooked by you and sharing table with the native Rancho family.
On the menu
- Main course Nopales Tacos
Nopales tacos served as a main dish with tomato, cilantro, onion, goat chees, beans and salsa.
- Main course Tortillas
You will make your own tortillas by hand with process corn flour.
- Main course Salsa
You will make your own salsa with our traditional Mexican grinder “the molcajete”

How to use your ticket

Ill meet you up in the parking lot of the McdonaLDS restaurtant Ill be driving a white van and also reach out via message hours prior our adventure. If you are driving your own rental, you can park safe and cheap in PUERTO PARAISO shopping mall just one block away.
The return is at the same place.
