Travel over 1,000 feet up into the clouds in just 40 seconds aboard one of the fastest elevators in North America Learn about Chicago’s rich history, extraordinary architecture, and thriving neighborhoods Step onto CloudWalk to experience a breathtaking art installation by artist Coleman Smoll. Enjoy the vibrant and stunning new floor design and window murals highlighting prominent neighborhoods throughout Chicago. Sip on a Chicago-themed cocktail from CloudBar while taking in the magnificent views of the city. How to use your ticket

Entry located in the lower concourse of 875 N Michigan ave. This voucher is your ticket and can be scanned directly at the turnstile on your mobile device. This ticket IS NOT VAILD FOR THE TILT. IMPORTANT: Your ticket will only be valid for up to 30 minutes prior or 30 minutes post selected time. If you miss your time we cannot guarantee entry and will be based on availability. Note: the 360 Chicago sales offices are closed on weekends. For any questions or concerns about your reservation, please contact Viator directly. Tickets are non-refundable due to inclement weather, low and no visibility, or if you booked the wrong attraction. Tickets may be rescheduled for up to a year if not redeemed.
