Market tour & Peruvian Cooking Class in Cusco

Overview

Our Peruvian experience starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the famous products of Cusco. After that, we will walk to our Cooking-Studio, a traditional house from 1930. We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with pisco and fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) You will learn to cook: lomo saltado, papa à la Huancaina, cocktail: pisco cocktail You will eat the traditional Dessert: Picarones Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation. After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends. Activity itinerary

Market Tour and cooking class:Lomo Saltado, Pisco cocktail ( you can choose : pisco sour or fresh Pasiion Sour) and one entrance in Cusco, it starts in San Pedro Market, where you’ll have an introduction to a great and diverse of ingredients: Peru Super Foods. Then, we will take you to our beautiful Cooking-Studio, located in the center of Cusco, where you’ll have a “hands-on” cooking and Cocktail class, where you’ll learn to prepare nutritious and Peruvian dishes and cocktails using our most representative ingredients (Pisco and fruits) under the guidance of our Professional Chef Jesus. You will learn how to prepare decorations and using professional techniques. You will be able to prepare dishes and cocktails at your parties in your home. At the end of Class, we will send you the recipes.
