How to use your ticket

• Please call us the day before your tour on 0800 732 579 or +6433196182 to get an update on conditions as tours are weather and animal dependent • Check in will be at least 15-minutes prior to the departure time at our premise next to Gooches Beach Playground located on the Esplanade, Kaikoura. Please bring swim suit, towel and warm clothing for afterwards. • Free parking is available outside the premise. • This tour is dependent on suitable seal activity, weather and sea conditions. • If you need to change or cancel your reservation you need to notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour date or a fee may be charged • There are risks involved with water based activities and interacting with wildlife. A risk disclosure form will need to be signed to participate.
