Discover the way of water from the old town of Lucca to the slopes of Monte Pisano, where the precious oligomineral water of Lucca flows. You'll Cycle from the city center and admiring the town from the top of the walls, you'll continue along the majestic historic aqueduct of Lorenzo Nottolini until you'll reach the small valley of Guamo, a sort of kingdom of the waters that locals call "Golden words".    You'll follow the majestic, historic Nottolini aqueduct, cycling alongside its endless neoclassical arches as they stretch through the peaceful Lucchese countryside. The path leads you to the 'Parole d'oro', a hidden gem at the foot of the hills where the stone architecture meets a pristine natural springs area in a silent, emerald-green valley
