   Visit Split at night when there are less visits by cruisers and buses. Avoid the heat of the day and take a pleasant walk through the royal palace with a guide to get to know the city that we say is a living legend. Use your free time for shopping, having a dinner in one of the local taverns, or simply enjoy your walk and take some time for yourself and experience the laid-back lifestyle the locals are famous for. The city is bursting with life. A waterfront promenade gets really busy in the evening.
