Itinerary

1. Mexico

   If you select the option, we will pick you up at the entrance of your hotel in Mexico City (Only at touristic areas, subject to availability)

2. Upon arrival at the Volare Balloon Port, you will need to check in. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious coffee while watching the balloons inflate. Then we will take off and fly over Teotihuacan.

3. Teotihuacan Municipality

   The hot air balloon flight takes you over the Teotihuacan Valley, where you can see various attractions from the air. The flight lasts between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on weather conditions. Upon landing, we'll have a traditional toast and we will return to the Volare Balloon Port.

4. Teotihuacan

   If weather allows it, you will be able to see the Archaeological site during the ballon flight.

5. San Juan Teotihuacan

   You will see the Magical Town of San Juan Teotihuacan during the flight.

7. Once the flight is over, we'll return to the Volare balloon port where we'll give you your flight certificate. Then you'll enjoy a Mexican breakfast with Mariachi music. A true Mexican fiesta!

8. Teotihuacan Pyramids

   After the flight experience, if you select the option you can visit the Teotihuacan Archaeological Zone and enjoy this site from the ground.

9. Mexico

   Once the experience is over, we will return to Mexico City. The journey back to your hotel takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

Pickup

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

We will confirm pickup time and further details by message one day prior to your flight, which may be as early as 4:00 AM depending on our routes. This service is only available for hotels in touristic areas of Mexico City. Is your hotel not on the list? Contact us, and we’ll gladly provide the nearest pickup point. Please note the transportation service is shared with other travelers. In case you prefer to book the option without transportation, we will meet you at the Volare Balloon Port in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico. We will confirm your expected arrival time one day prior. For further questions, fell free to contact us by phone or message. The transportation service only applies from Mexico City Hotels located at Touristic Areas. It does not apply from particular residences or Airbnb and/or similar services. The transportation service is shared, subject to schedules and restrictions. In case you select the option without transportation and want to arrive by your own car, the appointment will be at Globopuerto Volare in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico, at the designated time. • Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.

• People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.
