How to use your ticket

A valid PASSPORT or other accepted border crossing documentation is required on the date of travel. A Visa or ESTA and I-94 may be required for non-US citizens entering the United States. Complimentary pickup service is available. • Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.
