Overview

Set off on a gourmet stroll through Oslo to discover the authentic flavours of Norway. Accompanied by a guide, you will explore the city on foot to find local addresses, historic restaurants, and modern establishments, far from the usual tourist circuits. The itinerary includes tastings at four different locations. You will sample Norwegian seafood, traditional charcuterie and cheeses from local farms, as well as a beer tasting. To conclude the experience, a Norwegian waffle served with brown cheese or strawberry jam is provided, with tea or coffee available upon request. The activity is designed to provide insight into the origin and importance of these dishes in local culture. For those who do not drink beer, alternatives such as soda, cider, or Norwegian wine can be arranged upon request during booking or with the guide.

• The tour has a policy of minimum 3 participants per tour. If minimum number is not reached, this tour will be cancelled and you will be contacted via phone. However, if you are interested in a private tour (limited to 2 participants), that can be accommodated as well • Special requirements must be given in advance • Dress code is smart casual • Minimum age is 18 years • Obs: If you booked before 10th of October 2018 you might have to pay  550 Kr for the food & drink services.
