Accompanied by your host Catia, discover traditional Venetian cuisine through family recipes and its history during this private activity. The journey begins with a visit to a historic market, one of the oldest in Europe, where you will see the colourful stalls of fruit, vegetables, and spices while learning about the market's past. The experience continues at the host's home for a hands-on workshop. You will learn to make Bigoli pasta from scratch using a traditional press called a Bigolaro, invented around 1600. The session includes the preparation of Cicchetti, the typical Venetian appetizer, and concludes with the making of the famous Tiramisù.

We will make fresh Pasta from scratch. Regional pasta called Bigoli It is made with a hand press and than Ravioli with a seasonal filling and Tiramisù. e will visit the anciest coverd Market in Europe In Padova "Sotto il Salon " Under the Great Hall . This is the ground floor of the Palazzo della Ragione ( Justice Palace ) in the heart of Padova built in the Middle Ages which hosts a variety of stores where you can find typical local products . We will also wander to the open Market with its different stalls of fruits and vegetable .
