The highlight of the walk is the Prague Old Town with the beautiful Old Town Square. This old marketplace, originally built in the 11th century, is Dominated by the splendid Church of Our Lady Before Týn and the Old Town Hall. Here, as a living witness of the history, the Prague Astronomical Clock has been measuring time for more than six centuries.
But now is the time for well deserved rest and refreshment. You are warmly welcome to enjoy an excellent lunch in one of the traditional Prague's pubs. Taste typical Czech food and maybe even a glass of fine Czech beer!
Vltava River
After the lunch you will still have an opportunity to explore some of the most picturesque narrow streets of medieval Old Town on your way to the pier. Now, pleasantly tired, you hop aboard a fully wooden boat built in the tradition of the 19th century and your Vltava River cruise can start! Do not forget to have your camera ready to capture snaps of some of Prague’s legendary landmarks as you go, now from a different perspective! In winter, the guests are kept warm by period stoves and hot wine, in summer they are served cold beer or soft drinks accompanied by a sweet treat.
Charles Bridge Museum
After your cruise you have a unique chance of a free visit to the Charles Bridge Museum which is located at the very same spot. In front of the Charles Bridge, at Krizovnicke square, by the Statue Charles IV.
