Please inform us the name, age, nationality of all guests joining the tour this information will be written in the government permits to enter the cave. We also need the name of the hotel and address for pick up. We would like to inform you that in the event of adverse weather conditions, the tour operator may need to cancel the tour for safety reasons. Should this occur, we will offer you alternative tour options or assist you in rescheduling for another date, depending on your availability. We will pick-up at the International Cruise Ship Pier in Puerto Princesa, Our tourguide will be at the exit gate of the pier holding a bond paper with your name on it. For cruise ship passengers : Please inform us of your cruise ship details, including the time of arrival and return to the ship. We will arrange pick-up at the International Cruise Ship Pier in Puerto Princesa. In situations where time constraints require a prompt return to the ship, certain inclusions may not be provided.

How to use your ticket

If you are coming from a cruise ship our tourguide will be waiting at the exit gate of the pier holding a bond paper with your name on it. If your hotel is within the city center no extra fee for pick up and drop off. But if your hotel is out of town there is an extra fee for pick up and drop off for hotels out of town.
