How to use your ticket

Ticket to be collected at a different location

Please be aware this is only a confirmation voucher and not a ticket entrance! Showing this voucher at the entrance of the monument you won't be allowed to enter. Not sure how to reach us? Head to the terrace above the “Colosseo” Metro Station. Once at the top look for the footbridge, after the footbridge, walk up the road on your left-hand side. Check in with our staff at the Crown Tours office, No. 13. In any case, customers are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entrance. Under those circumstancies as per standard policy no refund will be issued. In order to best serve you we kindly remind you that: Comfortable shoes are recommended ID may be required for entrance (especially for guests under the age of 18). Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. It is forbidden to bring inside the Colosseum: glass, sharp objects, alcohol, spray, pets.

Admission is free for children under 18. Please note that the fees mentioned above cover the Colosseum entry, while the remaining cost of the experience includes services such as skilled licensed guides, headsets, booking fees, and additional tour amenities.
