Croatian Cooking Class in Split with Professional Chefs

Overview

Learn the secrets of Croatian gastronomy in Split during a 5-hour cooking class. Guided by chefs who have worked in some of the best restaurants in Croatia and Europe, you will discover how to prepare an authentic meal in a professional culinary institute. The experience begins with a visit to the local vegetable and fish markets to select fresh produce from regional producers and fishermen. For those who prefer, the class is also available without these market visits. Once in the kitchen, the session starts with a tasting of local wines and liqueurs. Under the direction of an award-winning chef, you will prepare a full meal to be enjoyed on-site. Lunch, drinks, snacks, as well as coffee and tea are included. Two options are available: a shared formula for groups of up to 12 people, or an exclusive private experience for two participants with a dedicated chef.
