Activity itinerary
We will start with grocery shopping to find the freshest veggies and spices at one of Tashkent's oldest farmers' markets, which no tourist has visited before. We will head home to make together an authentic Uzbek plove on fire- a piece of art of regional cuisine.
On the menu

Depending on the season, we will make Achiq-chuchuq - a fresh tomato salad with onions or just prepare some pickled veggies to snack with plove

Authentinc vegan plove - regional variation of the famous rice dish
Meeting point
We will meet you right at the entrance to the Qo'yliq market. This is after the large bus stop-parking and before the underground passage
