Do Eat Better Experience Toulouse Food Tour is a walking tour in small groups around the old town. 2. Place Saint-Étienne

   Let's start your culinary journey in Place Saint-Etienne, where you will have a view on the Toulouse Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece that combines Romanesque and Gothic elements. Nearby, in a local shop, you will try one of the most luxurious French delicacies: foie gras! It’s made with the duck meat and it has a rich and buttery flavour. Although worldwide famous, it's in Toulouse that you’ll eat the best one.

3. Discover a rotating selection of the finest local cheeses, handpicked by expert vendors, as you immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Toulouse’s historic covered market, named after Victor Hugo, probably the most famous French writer and a true icon of French literature.

4. Let's continue with a hearty main dish that will warm your heart, beloved in South-Western France: the Aligot Sausage.
