What to know before you go

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Minimum age is 6
• Not recommended for guests with limited mobility
• Guests must be relatively fit and must be able to swim
• For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
• Guests must meet a minimum height requirement of 3.9 feet (1.20 meters)
• The pickup time depends on your hotel's location
• No devices are permitted inside the cenote
• GoPro devices, tablets, and selfie sticks are subject to fees payable directly at the box office in the Tulum Ruins. Professional photography equipment and drones are strictly prohibited
• Please bring a refillable water bottle, as single-use plastic bottles are not allowed within the archaeological site.
