If you have not received your Monument ticket and guidebook by email 24 hours before your scheduled tour date, call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM Please aim to get in the security line 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time. If you are late and miss your reserved time, there are no refunds. If you booked the option with the Walking Tour, you will meet your guide at the Jefferson Pier Stone near the Washington Monument at the time on this voucher. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. You will have been sent your tickets to the Washington Monument by email for an entry time after the end of the walking tour.
