Pickup for the tours is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes before the tour start time. The pickup time and location will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. What to know before you go

• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Minimum height required is 1.5 meters to participate & minumum age 8 years
• The maximum weight limit to participate is 265lbs or 120kgs
• Expectant mothers may not participate
• Just a quick note, there's a 25usd per person park entrance fee required at check in
• To protect you and your Ebike, there is a 15usd collision fee paid at check-in
• You shall be picked up before the tour start time. Click on the tour operator button on your booking to confirm pick up time and location.
• A standard size safety helmet must be worn during the tour
