Activity itinerary

Upon your arrival at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), your experienced and friendly driver will greet you with a personalized sign. Sit back and relax as you are transported by private vehicle to your hotel in one of the following zones: San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, Tourist Corridor, Pacific area, Diamante area or Puerto Los Cabos. For your return trip, your driver will pick you up from your hotel and ensure that you arrive at the airport in time for your departing flight. When making a booking, please provide all flight details and the full address of your accommodation. Your round-trip transfer will be confirmed instantly, and you will be provided with a detailed instructions as where to meet the airport representative at the airport. This transportation service only applies for groups of 1-8 passengers. Round trip airport transfers are available between Los Cabos International Airport and: • San Jose del Cabo Hotels (zone 1) • Touristic Corridor (zone 2) • Cabo San Lucas hotels (zone 3) • Pacific Area Hotels (zone 4) • Puerto Los Cabos (zone 5) • Diamante (zone 6)

How to use your ticket

You must contact us prior to your arrival date to confirm details of your flight, hotel, transportation, and the exact pick-up time from the airport. Email: info@graylineloscabos.com or by telephone at +52 624 146 9410 or +1 (855) 367-8912 from Monday to Sunday 8 am to 5 pm PST. PLEASE NOTE: If this is a last-minute booking, please contact us immediately by telephone only, to reconfirm services and to provide you detailed instructions. REMEMBER: As soon as you disembark, you will need to clear Mexican immigration, collect your baggage, and clear Customs. Exit Customs and go outside to the designated transportation area. Look for a Gray Line representative holding a sign with a Gray Line and Viator logo. Please be aware that after the Customs area, you will be approached by time-share sales representatives. They are not affiliated with Gray Line, even though they may show you a badge with a Gray Line logo on it. Do not stop and give them this voucher, keep walking outside the airport and look for your uniformed Gray Line meet and greet representative with an official sign.
