Ticket to be presented at the departure point

• The Palace of Parliament in Romania is a governmental venue used by the Romanian Parliament and the Members of the Government. There are meetings and political assemblies happening every day inside the building which can affect the route , the number of rooms that can be visited , as well as the length of the tour. All this is independent of us , but the amount paid it won't change since is charged the same amount for the entry ticket for 1 , 2 or 8 rooms visited. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Every member of your party bring an official ID ( EU members only )/passport(EU and non EU members) , driver's license is NOT accepted . If you are not in the possession of a valid ID CARD/PASSPORT in original your tour will be automatically cancelled without the right to refund. Arriving time 30 minutes prior de starting time. We need time to check you in and validate your ids/passports so you can pass the security check. • Please provide a valid phone number ( country code included) and a valid email address so we can contact you if needed. This tour is not accessible for people with walking impediments or in the wheelchair. The elevators are not accessible for the visitors . Therefore , for the whole duration of the tour we will climb the stairs to the superior levels and back down stairs.

• A maximum of 15 people per booking
• Tour is indoors so rain or shine is ON
• To access the venue everybody has to carry and official valid ID card (EU members ) or passport for security check. Driver's license is NOT accepted , basically the same documents accepted at the airports. . Any person without document will have the tour cancelled automatically without the right of refund.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the tour starts, we will need a bit of time to check you in , verify the ids/passports .
• Not accessible for people in the wheelchair
• Not accessible for people with walking impediments
• Not accessible for people with serious health problems.
