GALAXY: An exciting zone for families and thrill-seekers, featuring 16 water slides stretching over 1.5 km (1 mile) and splashing in the country’s largest wave pool, water beds for relaxing massages. It's the perfect place for adventure and relaxation in one spot. PALM: A tropical paradise featuring over 800,000 plants, including countless orchids and palm trees, heated indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, special mineral pools, wet saunas, and a natural sand beach with 1,500 sun loungers. How to use your ticket

Ticket handed over by the operator on site

One day before the visit, we willl provide on your email and/or WhatsApp number the admission ticket (QR code) that have to be used once you get to the spa entrance. For last-minute bookings (same-day visits), we will provide the QR code within 1–2 hours from the moment we receive your booking.
