   This lagoon is one of the most photographed spots on the island of Crete, with hypnotizing turquoise waters and a panoramic landscape.

Pickup

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

Please wait at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Look out for a DaneriYachts Logo on the front window of the bus. Please note that the transfer cannot wait. If you are not at the pick-up point on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transport to the port at your own expense. Occasionally, the transfer may be delayed by 10–15 minutes, so please be patient and wait at the meeting point during this time. From Apr 1–May 10 & Sep 1–Oct 31, afternoon and sunset cruises depart 30 min earlier than scheduled.

The QR code will be sent one day before the tour and will serve as your ticket. The cruise is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled in case of bad conditions. If you’re pregnant, traveling with a child under 2, prone to seasickness, or have mobility or health issues, please check the forecast and consult our team before booking. For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to make your celebration special with a complimentary branded gift. Please arrive on time, as we cannot delay departure due to port regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by guests or unforeseen events. Maximum group size: 120 travelers. If your booking includes a transfer, our office will contact you with pickup details. We have designated meeting points in each area — please confirm yours in advance by calling +30 694 504 0555. If you are coming without transfer, arrive at Kissamos Port at least 20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will forfeit their tickets. Please note that the menu and food presentation may change at our discretion without prior notice. For urgent matters or meeting point questions, contact us anytime at the number above — we’re happy to help. Occasionally, the boat type may change, but it will always remain within the same category and standard of comfort and quality. Please note: From April 1st to April 14th, all sunset cruises, and from September 1st to October 31st, all sunset and afternoon cruises, will depart 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.
