Activity itinerary

The instructor will give you a complete introduction to SUP, where you will learn the essential aspects to enjoy this activity safely. You will learn about the equipment, basic paddling techniques, and the safety rules you must follow for a pleasant and risk-free experience. Before reaching the sea, you will practice standing up and paddling on land. This initial practice will allow you to familiarize yourself with the board, develop basic skills, and gain confidence in navigating the sea. Once you feel comfortable on dry land, it will be time to embark on your adventure. Your instructor will accompany you at all times, providing guidance and support as you paddle through the sea. As you progress, you will be able to appreciate the beauty of the landscapes of the Gulf of Nicoya, being amazed by the rich marine life that inhabits it, such as sea turtles, manta rays, and others.

How to use your ticket

You will arrive at our Hotel O Pacifico and the reception staff will provide you with all the necessary information. Supherr's facilities are within the hotel property.
