Day 2: Explore the well-preserved medieval citadel of Sighișoara, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bâlea Lake: Free time at the stunning glacial lake (2,034m altitude). Capra Waterfall & Vidraru Dam: A beautiful descent to the southern side, stopping at the waterfall and the massive 166-meter-tall dam. - The Top Gear Road (Transfăgărășan Highway) is open only from mid June to mid October.
- We visit the city of Sibiu only from mid October to mid June.
- Guests are required to purchase their own tickets online for Peleș Castle. We strongly advise booking at least two weeks in advance for the first time slot ONLY, on the first day of the tour. Please double-check with us prior to booking to ensure seamless timing.
