Overview

Spend the day touring the well-preserved ruins of Chichen Itza, look up and look at the steps of the pyramid of Kukulkan and enjoy a refreshing dip in a spectacular underground cenote. Itinerary

1. Stop at a cenote to swim calmly in its fresh and crystal clear waters, fed by underground rivers. Here you can refresh yourself, enjoy the natural environment and live the unique experience of swimming in one of the most emblematic formations of the Yucatan Peninsula.

2. When you arrive at Chichen Itza, join a guided tour that will allow you to know the most impressive attractions of the archeological site. Marvel at the mysterious pyramid of Kukulkan and listen to your guide as he explains about his role in pre-Columbian Mayan civilization. A few meters away, take a look at the largest ball court on the continent and imagine the old players entertained in a game of pok ta pok, a ritual that was practiced throughout the Mayan Empire.

3. On the way back, make a stop at the main square of Valladolid and admire the colonial architecture and the Church of San Gervasio from the 16th century before returning to your hotel.

Pickup

Pickup or meet at the departure point.

The exact pickup time depends on the location of each hotel or meeting point. One day before the tour, we will send the confirmed time and point via WhatsApp or the reservation contact details. Show up 10 minutes early and keep your phone available. The transport is shared, so there may be small variations in the route. In some hotels in downtown Cancun or hard-to-reach locations, a nearby point will be assigned. For hotels in the Riviera Maya, we offer pickup between Cancun and Dreams Tulum. In Tulum, the meeting point is Super Akí at 9:15. From Cozumel, you must take the 7:00 ferry and meet us in Playa del Carmen, next to the terminal.

In the options that indicate entrance included, the guide will manage the access ticket. In the no-entry option, 40 USD per person must be paid for the tour.
