If you’re staying at a private residence, Airbnb, or another location, simply send us your address by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to confirm the best pickup option for you. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed once arrangements are finalized. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup location at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. To ensure all guests are picked up on time, our drivers are unable to wait more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time due to other scheduled pickups. If you are not present when the driver arrives, transportation cannot be guaranteed. At the end of the tour, we’re happy to drop you off at a different location at no extra cost just let us know in advance.
