On the menu

• Starter Crude tuna

  Tuna crude accompanied by a creamy coal of goat cheese, sweet-herb picles and mini tomatoes.

• Starter Mix of leaves and herbs

  Mix of leaves and herbs, roasted tomatoes with plant pesto from the Amazon and finished with chestnut-do-pará.

• Main course Mignon filet

  Combined with a thousand leaves of mandioca, jabuticaba sauce and aroeira caviar.

• Main course Grilled fish

  Grilled fish in lemon-cravo sauce with roasted palmite and bean vinagrete.

• Main course Chicken caipira

  Caipira chicken from Minas Gerais filled with taioba, served with a delicate cream of Serra da Canastra cheese, grilled quiabo and potato puré.

• Main course Banana-da-terra moquette

  Banana-da-terra moqueca, combined with palmite and coconut rice, bringing the best of the Northeast.

• Dessert Chocolate Textures

  With a softfoot of Brazilian chestnut and a delicate cumaru cream.

• Dessert I suspect

  Suspiro with coconut cream, white chocolate, ananas jelly, maracujah broth and herb mate.

• Dessert Fresh fruit

  A selection of season fresh fruits, accompanied by a three-lemon sorbet, celebrating the freshness of nature.
