Deleting your data

You can request the deletion of your Voooya account and all associated personal data at any time, whether you signed up with an email address or through Google, Apple or Facebook.

How to do it

Send an email to contact@voooya.com from your account's email address with the subject line “Delete my account”. We carry out the deletion within 30 days at most and confirm it to you by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, profile photo, encrypted password where applicable);
• Your sign-in sessions;
• Your favorites and saved lists.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you signed in through Google, Apple or Facebook, you can also revoke Voooya's access directly from the security settings of your account with that provider.
