1. Purpose of the service
Voooya, published by STOCK OUT LLC, is an online service for discovering and reselling tourist activities and experiences. Activities, prices, availability, ratings and reviews are provided by Viator (Tripadvisor); booking and payment are handled through Viator.
2. Account
You may create an account with an email address and password or through Google, Apple or Facebook. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may delete your account at any time (see the Data Deletion page).
3. Bookings & prices
The prices displayed are those provided by Viator at the time of viewing and are subject to change. Booking, payment, cancellation terms and customer service are the responsibility of Viator and are governed by its terms. Voooya may earn an affiliate commission, at no extra cost to you.
4. Liability
Voooya acts as an intermediary and makes available information provided by third parties. We strive to ensure that the content is accurate but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. The performance of the activities is the responsibility of the providers and Viator.
5. Intellectual property
The Voooya brand and the original editorial content are the property of STOCK OUT LLC. Third-party content (activities, photos, reviews) remains the property of its respective owners.
