What this video shows
Enjoy one of the most classic wine tasting of our tradition: wine and cheeses! You'll taste the most unique combinations of our organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines with cheeses, jams and balsamic vinegar from our farm and local producers. The tasting menu can obviously be modified to satisfy our guests' dietary needs/allergies/intolerance (es. lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian..). In the case of bad weather or it's too cold or hot to stay outside, the tasting will be done inside the tasting room.
