Your voucher is a digital e-voucher. Depending on the activity, you can either show it right on your phone or you'll need to print it.
- Digital e-voucher: show it on your phone (from the email or in the app).
- Printed voucher: some activities require a paper copy.

The accepted format is listed in the voucher section (“voucher information”) of the activity page: check it before you go. Either way, show your voucher to the operator when you arrive.
